Welcome Reception at City-Hilton Munich

Tuesday, 31st of August, 7:30 pm Enjoy a mediterranean evening at City-Hilton Munich(->Map).There will be a registration desk for the conference that opens at 5:00 pm. The mediterranean evening is free for registered conference participants. However, there is a fee of 25 € for accompanying persons.

Organ Concert at St. Peter’s Church

Wednesday, 1st of September, 7:00 pm (Doors open 6:45 pm)

OR specialists from the hosting University will perform at the wonderful organ of St. Peter (->Map), the oldest church in the inner city of Munich, located only a few steps from Marienplatz and the Old and New Townhall. We also recommend mounting te chhurch tower, known as  “Alter Peter”, which is one of Munich’s landmarks.

Evening Reception at “Alter Rathaussaal”

Wednesday, 1st of September, 8:00 pm (Doors open 7:30 pm)

The “Alter Rathaussaal” – Grand Hall – is located in Munich’s Old Town Hall (->Map). The old town hall is documented for the first time in 1310 and has rebuilt in 1480 in late-gothic style. You are invited by Munich’s Lord Mayor to a  festive evening.
Note that there is a fee of 15 € for accompanying persons.

Conference Dinner at “Bayerischer Hof”, Munich

Thursday, 2nd of September, 8:00 pm (Doors open 7:30 pm)

The conference dinner takes place at the famous aristocratic luxory hotel "Bayerischer Hof" (->Map)in the center of Munich. You will enjoy a first class meal in a place where generations of famous guests – from titled royalty to Hollywood legends – have stayed when being in Munich.
Fee: 75 € p.P., registration is required

Closing Ceremony and Bavarian Beergarden, Universität der Bundeswehr München

Friday, 3rd of September, 1:00 pm We finish OR 2010 at the Casino of the Universität der Bundeswehr München. If the wheather is fine, we will stay outside in the beautiful Bavarian Beergarden.
